Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must not have completed more than 50% of the course you wish to be refunded for.  If you are requesting a return for a skype lesson, the lesson must not have already occurred.  We cannot process returns for skype lessons that have already occurred successfully.  We also cannot process a return for a Skype lesson appointment with less than 24 hours notice.  We will honour returns for skype lessons that were unable to be completed successfully due to technical issues involving internet connectivity. 

To start a return, you can contact us at davekirbyguitar@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll cancel your enrolment in the course, or cancel your upcoming skype appointment and refund your money.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like courses that have been purchased and completed up to 50% or more, or skype lesson appointments that have been carried out without issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request your refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
